            Meilin Rae is a transfer student from Hong Kong. She is Li's cousin and fiancé. She has a major crush on Li, and thinks every girl is after Li. She is very competitive, especially against Sakura. Meilin is not a Cardcaptor and has no magic in her, but she is part of the team and she helps capture several cards. At the end, she realizes she's not the one for Li, and helps bring Sakura and Li
